About the Role

The ideal candidate will analyze client requirements, prepare solution proposals, and support the sales team in converting leads into successful projects. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and understanding of IT solutions such as web, mobile, and AI-based products.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and business objectives during discovery calls and meetings.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the development team.
Prepare project proposals, solution documents, and requirement specifications.
Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, demos, and technical documentation.
Conduct market and competitor research to support business opportunities.
Work closely with sales, project managers, and development teams to define project scope.
Create business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and workflow diagrams.
Support the sales team in cost estimation and project planning.
Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution explanation.
Help convert leads into projects by presenting clear and structured solutions.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of web, mobile, and cloud-based applications.
Ability to create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or other project management tools.
Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts and system architecture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in Business Analysis or Pre-Sales role in an IT company.
