Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Business Development Executive: generate leads through online bidding & website sales, drive international business growth, manage IT marketing campaigns, close software deals with clients worldwide, and develop new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking, emailing, cold calling, and meetings.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable digital solutions, including web development, CRM, e-commerce, and digital marketing services.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain a database of leads and track sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a business related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of IT services, digital marketing, and web solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
