The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful bid submissions on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other global marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong proposal writing, client communication, and project understanding skills within the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bid management process for IT projects.
• Identify relevant opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Prepare and submit high-quality proposals and project bids.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to create solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, business development, and project teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Track bid performance and maintain records of proposals and submissions.
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and follow up on submitted proposals.
• Ensure timely submission of RFPs, RFQs, and proposals.
• Maintain a high proposal success and conversion rate.

Required Skills

• Experience in IT bidding and proposal management.
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or other bidding platforms.
• Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI, and Software Solutions.
• Ability to analyze project requirements and prepare customized proposals.
• Good negotiation and client handling skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
